Before every 1-to-1 session, I like to have a quick 30-minute chat with you over the phone so I can better understand what your fitness and wellness goals are.
During the Movement Assessment, we will lay out how you want to progress, nutrition guidance and if you’re comfortable to do so, we will also take some health markers. These markers will be used so you can see your progress week by week, and will also allow us to identify when and where we need to make some tweaks to your sessions, allowing a rapid improvement.
This might sound like a lot but it doesn’t take long and will be a great foundation for your training! Once we’ve finished with your Movement Assessment, I will make the program to cater your needs and goals. Choosing which style of sessions that you’d enjoy doing and will work the best for you.

The next step is an Online Movement Assessment. This is a series of joint specific tests that you will perform and record. We will then have a conversation about which areas you would like to prioritise on this movement journey.
Then with this information, we can go ahead and set you up on the True Coach app where I will create a personalised program for you.
Once the program has been made - let the games begin! You can record and send in videos for feedback on the exercises. We will then re-evaluate the program and tweak anything if necessary.
